So as for this weeks content...

Firstly we took a little sojourn over to Lina getting hypnotised. This time we're exploring some unintended consequences. If you suggest a C4 Lina both assertive and impulsive... Well... she's gonna be assertive and impulsive! And, Lina being Lina, she's got a real hankering, if you know what I mean.

But this is a Lisa sprint, so what about Lisa? Well... I never did get round to actually planning her content last week so I did it this week. And let me just tell you... there is another two weeks of Lisa, and that's if I pick up the pace. Not ideal but I can go into it in story time. It's also not exactly terrible!

But I tried writing and the words just weren't flowing so well, but Fantasy in to the rescue! He handed me a scene and it's got a nice bunch of cheeky Lisa and sexy Lisa. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. 'Tis an expansion to what can happen if you wash the dishes with Haily on Friday.

Besides that We also went in and added the ability to talk to Lisa about her wedding ring on Sunday afternoon. That scene could probably use a complete rewrite given 2/3 of the stuff is a bit weird for the current corruption level. But this new content works in it regardless.

This, as well as talking to Lin about her wedding ring, now officially count as their moonstones.

Oh yeah, there was also a minor expansion to something I wrote but didn't quite finish last week. On Saturday breakfast you can now actually accept Lisa's challenge to try and eat the massive breakfast.

Hmmm... I got more done than I thought... I was thinking it was a mediocre week... oh well...

There is also another thing. A bunch of bugs have been slowly accruing (Like actual bugs but also a specific subset) that are all about certain actions not being tracked properly. I found someone sufficiently evil to do a bunch of henchman work that consisted of coming through the entire (I think 500k word) game and make sure that all these are now tracked. What wasn't being tracked you say? Things like kissing girls, sleeping with girls and unleashing yourself inside girls.

This was causing problems as a bunch of stuff was checking for these and it was a real crapshoot as to whether you happened to get one that was coded properly. Now, they all are. And going forward I don't have an excuse to be lax with them any more so they will continue to all be complete as the game progresses. This is going to fix a lot of stuff as well as make sure that systems going forward can operate as intended.

So, story time, the thing that was interrupting my fingers.

In short, my dad got told he probably wasn't going to see out the year. Second opinion came in, bit of slice and dice and he'll probably live. Huzzah. It might seem a little callous of me to treat something this important the way I did. But I process emotions very quickly and work is my stress relief.

Of course, it's not like I go and hide from a sudden deluge of family events... Those chew up time. And that niggling feeling in the back of your brain chews up thinking space. Makes it hard to write.

So it's certainly sapped my mojo and I do not feel bad about that in the slightest. Seems appropriate if anything. Given the good news though I look forward to resuming full mojo operations shortly.

Still got quite the backlog of bugs and I don't like my chances of getting through all of them in one day, so if the guide and bug fix version of version 50 is not released in perfect time... well I've got a wonderful, mojo related excuse that I can use!

Anyway, time for me to sleep.
