You know, writing can be an interesting beast. I had a plan for some stuff that just had to happen in Lisa C3... And I tried to write it, but the characters just fought back against me. I tried to have them say things, and they just refused... But then that leads you down a different path that just flows. They start to write themselves.

And as a creator, you've just got to go with it, work the story out from after that point. But I feel that if you go with it, that's how characters work their best.

So, what did these characters write using my fingers?

On sunday at breakfast Lisa will have an entirely new scene.

And I tried to do some major rewrites on her sunday chataroo (as it's called in the code), but she fought back pretty hard. She wasn't ready for it. But there are bits and pieces of updates scattered throughout the scene. Namely the ability to get a massage if you say your back hurts, and an altered victory if you beat the dairy themed puzzle (the same puzzle as before, not a new one).

And after all that, at midnight, if she has 8 love, we have her progression scene...

Alternatively you can get a memory with Lin out of it.

Which caps off Lisa's C3. It didn't quite go how I expected... but you see that look on her face up there and I think what she told me she wanted is something unique to her in the game. And that is always good.

So, for next week we have Jenny X Lin. Let's see what mischief they can come up with!

Besides that, been a while since we had a story time...

My uploads still got a while so I suppose I get to talk about the reason these are past my bed time.

I went to participate in local government. I've generally found that the day to day folk of bureaucracy are just trying to do their best job. They got the order from on high to fit another 30 thousand people into the council area... their job is to do that in the least bad way they can.

My job is to tell them that one of their idea was impossible because of a bunch of stuff they didn't know.

Wether they'll be forced to do it anyway... dunno. But I'll feel good that I tried, and that I actually participated for once. Perhaps not the best night for it, or I'd be going to bed on time... But eh...

I did my part and I got to show off some dog photos.
