Dev Log 0.09c: Mood

So Mothers day and I forgot to do a promo shot for it! probably because it was mothers day and the many mothers in my life all demanded time... Anyway, now that that's all done with lets talk about the latest build!

First of all last week I put together some solid planning that just set up some scenes that I really wanted to do. Just giving some of the characters some more interaction beyond just sitting and waiting for you. It also turned out to be another one of those scenes that has a specific path much longer than the others, like having two scenes conjoined. Anyway I had a bunch of fun doing it. I always feel conflicted about these longer scenes though, sure they've got the word count but I'm unsure if fewer deeper scenes are better than more shallower scenes. I dunno.

Then it was all good and ready to go out on time but a little late and I figure I'll go to bed instead, that's morning work and it's all close enough. Then I wake up to a new scene that I've been delivered too me... So now that's all integrated with renders and animations... 

But it does put forward another question, the new scene involves a non-zero amount of pegging, which is all fun in and of itself, but I figure that not necessarily everyone is cool with it. Even with the breasts and or Alex ending up pregnant, the game isn't really ruffling anyone's feathers. I just get the feeling though that a minority of people might not want to get pegged. Keep their pooper pure. Now I'm certainly not going to remove the scene for them, if they don't want to see it... well there is definitely a no button and there isn't anything gated behind it (I'll also eventually put a fetish yes/no section so these scenes are off by default and people can feel safe about all choices), but there is an interesting area where I want to ask peoples opinions again.

I get a lot of mentions from people about how to get little bits of missing corruption points or various nodes, basically, y'all a bunch of completionists. So the actual problem with an optional scene might become non-optional just because people want to do 100%. This is a problem that will only grow as the game grows. I see three solutions:

1: Treat it like anything else, standard corruption, achievements and all that
B: Do not put corruption points or achievements for doing fetish scenes
III: Separate the achievements and corruption points with a horizontal bar so they don't live with the others and people can feel complete even though they haven't done anything.
