It seems like posting up on the arms while hooking a foot under their thigh/hip prevents the opponent from getting their knees under them and forces them flat on their belly. Iβll try to find example links, but one in particular is called the βhateful triangle,β apparently pretty hard to do but killer on the neck and spine π¬
