Her previous attempts to collect the debt had fallen flat, and the inhabitants of Belebog were determined to assert their independence in an unconventional manner.
The city, determined to break free from the grip of the Interastral Peace Corporation, devised a devious plan. They captured Topaz and bound her tightly, rendering her helpless. Then, with a sadistic twist, they covered her delicate feet with a special lotion.
Topaz, unable to escape the torment, writhed in humiliation as Numby's deft tongue licked the lotion off her feet~ ^^
