In a certain small village, everyone knows of Arcanine the Protector. He'd always train high up in the mountain in solitude, so that he could workout full power without risking the safety of others.
Later in the day, he'd come down to patrol the village and even take a quick zzz at his usual spot.
Sometimes you can see Arcanine really flexing it in his sleep. Perhaps his body still has all those pent-up energy from the training, or there's a massive boulder in his dream that he has to lift in order to rescue someone.
