When I tried getting up and out of the chair , I ended up right back down in a sudden moment all due to how heavy my chest has gotten!
I was just trying to show off my chest , but seems like it was trying to take me down! 😂😏

Like one time I left the bank and we were walking across to the car and I just started to stumble / off balance 😂😂 In this I was trying to show off my chest more by trying to get it up on the counter and just fell back due to the weight of them 😝

Leg press , dip machine , punching bag , squat rack for lifting and some weights. Going to add a stair master soon! Also play Beat Saber on VR which is a good workout since I stay on that for more than an hour when I get going with the “swords” 😂😁
