This camera position was placed to give the best view of her breast movements and the bulge on her belly.
Sometimes I think it's not bad to focus on her body hiding face.
The lighting set also was placed for maximizing the contrast of the scene. Perhaps your gaze will point to her belly first, then her breast.
These are points I hope you see.

Thanks. I also like lighting set of this scene :) Bright lighting is often better than darker, but sometimes these lights would be better than just brighten view.
