July photo dump (with bonus photos)

Zaanse Schans:
This place was bananas. I don't think I would say we had a good time, but we certainly didn't have a bad time. Neither of us are big into crowds. We did have some surprisingly good food though, and of course, the scenery was absolutely beautiful. I'd like to go back... in the off season.
Rotterdam:
We went to Rotterdam to film the private movie theater Patreon video, which was so cool. And we got to eat dinner at one of the first restaurants we ever ate at here in the Netherlands (and coincidentally, one of our favorite restaurants too). Kop van Zuid is such a nice neighborhood.
Utrecht:
And we went to Utrecht to film the little Utrecht mini-vlog! It was SO HOT. That's why the day was cut short... it was just pretty miserable and we weren't exactly in the mood to stuff ourselves. It's still a beautiful city here in the Netherlands though. I'd say it's underrated but based on how many people were there on this day, I think the word has gotten out... 😄
Flevo-Natuur:
Finally, we did take a few photos while we were at the naturist resort. I wanted to get a goofy family photo-type of thing and thankfully, mission accomplished. I was also really happy to get a candid shot of just a normal everyday thing (reading the pasta bag) but... ya know, unclothed.
(Hey, we said there'd be uncensored, less edited vlogs... we reserve the right to do a bit of censoring on the photos. Just a bit though! Or rather... just some of the bits?)

And the photo of Michelle in the kitchen looks like it was taken somewhere in the 90s. At the same time I wonder: how on earth is Michelle holding that breakfast plate!😉 Beautiful photos Alex, you are a good photographer!

2024-08-13 10:28:55 +0000 UTCYeah, I didn't think it was the Kodak color plus. The colors are way nicer on that. I do like analog photography, but with the film and printing costs, it's so expensive per photo! Especially with the film that everyone wants, but is never available!

2024-08-13 09:15:50 +0000 UTCi actually hate this film but i bought a 3 pack last year and had to work through it. it’s lomography color negative 100. it’s so hit or miss! my go to is kodak color plus but it’s hard to get and it’s much pricier 🥲
