Model Making Tutorial - Pt. 1!
Added 2024-03-16 18:10:30 +0000 UTCSee attached! I've finally gotten around to experimenting with turning those model making streams into a tutorial... thing. Of sorts. Tutorial feels like too strong a word maybe. Walkthrough, maybe? It zips by pretty fast for a lot of it, complete beginners will likely need a little experience before getting much out of these videos... but for someone who's been using blender for a bit and wants to take the step of starting on making models, it might be useful?
I had to downgrade the quality a bit to 720p and split the first part in half to fit it into patreon's upload limit, but I do have a full 1080p un-cut version that I can upload somewhere at some point. Consider this a trial run... I want to see what people think of this. Is it useful at all moving at this speed? Is it followable at all?
This is meant as sort of a trial run- if you like this, and you want to see me continue on with making the rest of the series in this format, make some noise. Speak up, because it wasn't exactly a ton of fun, and even in this low production-value style it took a ton of time that I could be using to make smut instead. So unless people seem like they really want it, I may not continue. We'll see.

I've played with sculpting, I've played with box modeling, I think I could create something "ok" in either method but still could use lots of practice. I appreciate seeing your workflow (Especially considering how nice your models are) and plan to really dig into these videos. Thank you for sharing! Very useful!

2024-03-17 11:38:15 +0000 UTCIt's definitely a difficult thing to get out there however, there's no doubt some people would like to figure out your process, I've been looking for one that works for me in some sort of way. Ive not yet had time to look at it, but I will give it a reading at some point.

2024-03-16 20:13:19 +0000 UTCI've always wanted to learn how to make 3d models and animations, but I've never fully committed to learning how. I'm certainly interested to see how you do things
