Monthly Picture - WIP
Added 2017-08-28 22:35:09 +0000 UTCSo it turns out that the African Wild Dog won the voting by 1! And who could argue, they're pretty awesome looking critters.
I spent some time thinking about what I wanted to draw it doing... my usual go-to when drawing something like this is to look up the critter in question on wikipedia and see if it inspires anything. I got a few ideas, but in the end I decided that they're so neat looking that I didn't want to over complicate the image and distract from it- just a simple pinupy thing to show off the neat markings seemed like a good choice.
