Watching the other episodes, I kept wondering why you were acting like he didn't have any powers, but then I realized that they never actually said he did. The only reason I didn't think about it at first is because I've been a Daredevil fan for a long time, so I obviously knew already. So don't feel dumb, Biss. They just didn't explain it before now.

It's set at a certain rate and as long as the tenant occupies the habitat, the rent remains at the original rate. Landlords hate it and often use a number of unsavory methods to get the tenants to leave so they can set a new rate. Renters love it and often take legally gray or straight up unlawful measures to keep a rent controlled property in the family. It's one of those areas where there are good arguments for and against having rent control.
