Thats cool Roeg I hope you both end up loving The Batman as much as I did I have seen it so I will not spoil anything. It is my favorite for many reasons. Perhaps I will be more specific after Biss does her reaction to it.

Your expressions, detail observations, plot predictions, humor, jump scares, and emotional/happy tears...all the Biss reaction content I'm here for! I'm excited for The Joker and then The Batman! Biss building anticipation [WeSmart]. I’m surprised I actually haven't seen new The Batman yet and so I will see it with you for first time <3

2023-02-16 12:01:49 +0000 UTCThanks Biss this was a really fun watch. I love Bane too. His backstory is different I think in the comics, but still the movie's version was really interesting. It was cool the way he is portrayed to be so menacing, intimidating, powerful, disciplined, calculating, etc. I liked how his voice sounded, his overall appearance and style, and also how much emotion could be seen in his eyes. His dialogue was so good too and Tom Hardy delivered a great performance. He's so ruthless at times that it's kind of scary, which is nice in terms of his character as a villain because it shows that he has no mercy and a great capacity for evil (like trapping an entire city and making them wait months for a nuke to go off). But then he becomes this extremely sympathetic character after we find out how he sacrificed himself in the pit to save the life of the girl Talia. He ends up being this rich and complex individual that can make you feel totally conflicting feelings toward him. Anyways, amazing character and villain. I'm a Bane fan by the way lol.
