I just want to express genuine appreciation for you for being willing to emote naturally. So many people try to stop themselves from crying when reacting, especially to this episode, I Think because they believe it's a display of weakness and maybe feel insecure about it, and it's just such a beautiful human emotion, and it makes Arcane viewers like myself feel validated because...I kid you not, I reacted pretty much the exact same way as you did.
Also one other thing to note:
Yes, if Powder had simply listened to Vi, this would not have happened.
But at the same time.....if Vi had simply listened to Vander, about literally anything (if you watch back you see she consistently ignores his wise fatherly advice), none of this would have happened. She's just like her sister in that regard, that she only really learns after she makes a mistake. She only really learned the lesson from Vander, where he grabs her fist and says, "this...doesn't solve your problems. It only makes more of them", AFTER she hits Powder and causes her own sister, her own flesh and blood, the one that she told to stay back so that she would survive, to bleed. The poetic irony is so profound and hits so deep every single time.
I think a good way to summarize the show is, the road to hell is paved with good intentions. =)

Yes yes! That was a good point about him working with heimerdinger. I already completed the series, and Victor definitely grew on me. I judged too quickly, but he felt sketch. 🤣

I can hear the sound of a heartbeat before it goes out.
Won't ever leave my memory of bloodshed all around.
And I can see a tear on my father’s face before it falls out.
Oh, my enemy, how could I have ever let you down? 🎵

I'll admit that Viktor does have a sus first impression. Just a reminder though that he's Heimerdinger's assistant and it's very unlikely he got to that point with malicious intent. Heimerdinger is a pretty wise little dude.
Edit: I imagine you're also probably ahead of the release schedule for these episodes, so you probably already understand what I'm getting at and/or have a better understanding of his character.
