Speaking of bookends, it might be interesting to see both. Not just the scene before the change when the girl is reading the book, but a full frame illustration of how she would look fully transformed into an AWIL werewolf. We never really got to see that in the movie because of the limitations of1980s special effects technology, just a partial pan and a few quick shots of the front of the wolf. And it would be interesting to see your take on what that werewolf design would look like.

Maybe just her head still human, and with a terrified look on her face she looks down at her big dinosaur body. At her side we see a tiny time machine suggesting that she has traveled in time.

Can be nude or not, dealers choice. Perhaps at least features like their ears, muzzle, whiskers, and paws are starting to form at this point. Just a cute idea for a cat/big cat transformation is all.

I would like to bookend the sequence with our human heroine reading the book and tearing off her clothes, sometime down the line. For now I think I exhausted all the shots from the sequence and adding extra things like a tail takes away from the spirit of the original inspiration. Sorry to disappoint!

Her knees are bent slightly, legs apart and toes (with newly formed claws) are digging into the dirt. Her hands are clutching her head as she howls in ecstasy, the very beginnings of her muzzle just starting to form.

She'd have a bite mark on her leg or arm as well as scratches and torn clothing. It would be really cool if the early transformation focused on the wounded areas.

A girl goes into a forgotten shine, finds a list relic and skeleton remains of the former guardian, a minotaur. The old bones glow and she feels a pulse of energy flow through her. She grows larger, her frame now larger, her feet become hooved, she grows fur acrossed her body, a bovine tail as is her ears. she looks up towards the relic as her face starts to push out into a muzzle and horns coming in. She feels the presence telling her she will soon be the new guardian, protector of the shine.

Her freshly removed clothes lay in a mess on the floor as she is in all fours, slowly gaining weight as she watches herself turn in front of a mirror. She has fur slowly but surely spreading across her body, and she watches her tail growing. Her human hair still looks the same for the moment but even before she has fully bulked up in size, her nose and nostrils already look a bit bigger and her ears grown in. She whinnies very approvingly at her developing firm. Nearby among the assortment of clothes and costumes maybe there can be an empty horse head and other fixings, lol. She would rather play the real deal.
