For the egyptian/Middle East looking one, I suggest Lilithu (name of a demon who love to suck blood and kill babies and will become the famous Lilith, the bloodiest of them all). Lilithu also translates as Lamia (also vampiric-like creature and child killer) in ancient greek, if you want sth that sounds more like Carmilla
