Dragons are solitary and territorial when it comes to their obsession of loot hording, making them not very socialble with their own kind. So they can be hostile towards one another. Empusa's treasury is massive which means she's probably been around for a while and kept it from the greedy eyes of dwarves.
Damsel stepping into her space might have been a dangerous choice, unless she came with an offering to appease empusa.
I've been trying to figure out what this one was going to be about and i think i got something. Damsel gonna have to pull out something good to not get empusa to go on attack mode. Wonder what it is. (also if theres typos and stuff...welcome to me not know how to spell lol)
