One reason demi wanted to fight lupa was to test the limits of her gift and see what else her blood could tap into(which we wont see this time!)
Lupa having been collared majority of her younger life didnt experience beast shifting, and her being feral makes it more so risky. Lupa has only shifted 3 times in her life.
I would have liked to have done another 1-2 but time to not allow for that atm with work.
