Terminator Salvation - This was supposed to be the start of a trilogy. McG’s idea for the sequel which he said 3 weeks before Salvation came out was Skynet discovering how to send multiple terminators, HKs, harvesters, and everything else into the past. John would travel back in time to work with the militaries of the world to stop the Skynet invasion. He also said that John would meet a scientist that’s going to look like present-day Robert Patrick, talking about stem cell research and how “we can all live as idealized, younger versions of ourselves.” That goes against the time travel rules of the franchise where it’s just not a good idea overall. I don’t think McG understood it. He later said people didn’t like Salvation since it didn’t have time travel like the other movies which I never bought as a good reason with the issues it has.

Terminator Salvation - The original ending of the movie which was shot was John dying where they graft Marcus’s face to look like him. That way John Connor is able to live on since Marcus as John is now the leader of the Resistance. I understood the idea, but am glad they didn’t do it. It wouldn’t have been well received by fans. Do you think you would have preferred that ending? McG also said he had an idea for an even darker ending where after Marcus looks like John, he then kills everyone in the room so Skynet wins. That would have completely killed the franchise.

Terminator Salvation -
RIP Anton Yelchin. After seeing his performance in this movie do you think Anton Yelchin would've made an Amazing Spider-Man? Or perhaps The Flash?

tara and roxy—the back-to-back family villains! first, which is the better family ghost face: roman or jill? but maybe that has an obvious answer (though i do love scott foley in 3). so, if either of you were writing a scream series film where a sidney relative was to be revealed as the killer, who would you pick? of family we’ve met or family we haven’t, of course!

Terminator Salvation:
Hello :)
Not sure if this is the first time seeing this movie for both of you but I remember being fairly cold on it when it came out.
However, after how much I hated Genisys and Dark Fate, I've grown to appreciate Salvation as the one sequel that tried something new instead of the old "Robot goes back in time to kill, Arnie must help" routine.
Did you have a similar experience with it?
Lots of love from Poland

Scream 4: Tara & Roxy!
Scream 4 is one of my favorites in the franchise, so hoping you both enjoyed as well :)
Since this film was so ahead of its time about what people would do for online attention, do you think it would’ve been harder to spot a Ghostface today—when everyone is chasing views and acting suspicious?
Fun Fact:
Early versions of Scream 4 reportedly planned for Jill to become the new Sidney, with Sidney actually dying from her injuries and Jill continuing into future sequels as the “final girl.” The ending we got was rewritten to keep Sidney alive and close Jill’s arc in one film.

Terminator: Salvation-Many have pointed out that the dystopia in this film differs from the darker, bleaker one we’ve seen in previous movies. Do you think this was a story choice or a budget one?

Scream 4: I enjoy Campbell's, Arquettes and Cox's performances in the movies but I find that the chapter to their stories came to a close within the first trilogy of films, instead of stretching them out into other stories that have no further connection to them. I would have preferred 4 to have been something new away from what we've already known, in a world with ghost face extended with different characters, different settings, opening doors to a new story. What are your thoughts? Thank you for your time

Scream 4; Tara and Roxy: This one was one of my all-time favorites of the series. Jill was absolutely insane in this film. Out of all the Ghostfaces so far, do you think Jill was the closest to beating Sidney?

Terminator Salvation: Hi Tara & Roxy!
If you were part of the Resistance in Terminator: Salvation, would you trust Marcus the moment you learned he wasn’t fully human — or would you keep him at arm’s length until he proved himself? I always wonder how I’d react in a world where the line between machine and human gets that blurry.
Fun Fact:
Christian Bale was originally supposed to play Marcus, not John Connor — but after reading the script, he pushed to take over the Connor role and had the writers expand it just for him.

Terminator 4:
This movie has aged well in my opinion, I remember when it came out people didn’t care for it, but as of today people have kinda picked this as the best of the movies that came out after T2.
But I’m curious what y’all think of Christian Bales version of John Connor, he is my favorite after Edward Furlong.

Terminator Salvation: did you enjoy Christian Bale performance as John Conner in this? Also was this future adaptation satisfying to you when it seems nothing like the flash forwards in the previous films.
