Do you think Monica made the right decision to end things with Richard? I’ve heard other reactors say that it was Richard’s decision to have a baby if he could stay with Monica. I feel that she did the right thing. He could end up resenting her or the child.

I always laugh when Chandler asks Monica “What would Jack and Chrissy do?” Because that’s from the show Three’s Company where every episode is similar to this. Matthew Perry improvises a lot and I always wonder which of his jokes were part of the script and which are him improvising that were kept in the show. If you were at Monica’s party, would you try to escape and go to the other party across the hall or would you stay at Monica’s very organized party and make sure your pen cap is closed tightly?

I always felt like Danny’s gift wasn’t just “the Shining” — it was his burden and his redemption. What do you think the film was really about at its core? A few fun facts: Director Mike Flanagan actually recreated the entire Overlook Hotel set from scratch, matching Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining (1980) using original blueprints and frame-by-frame references! Actress Rebecca Ferguson, who played Rose the Hat, trained in meditation and breathwork to help her stay calm while filming the psychic battle scenes — she said it helped her “channel Rose’s stillness before the storm.” The movie includes a blink-and-you-miss-it cameo of Danny Lloyd, the original Danny Torrance from The Shining (1980). He plays a spectator at the baseball game — his first on-screen appearance in nearly 40 years!
