Phantasm wouldn't appear until Justice League Unlimited in a flashback for an episode that was to be a conclusion to Batman Beyond. When Amanda Waller tried to recreate Bruce's origins for Terry, she hired Phantasm to be the killer, but Andrea had a change of heart and refused to make the kill
