Great movie. I cried like a baby at the end, even though I've seen it several times and knew what was coming. Amazing performances!

2025-08-12 23:48:03 +0000 UTCJames Mangold actually spoke to the real Peter Miles when making this film and Peter said one thing his Dad would do to intimidate his opponent when the driver he was going up against was out of the car the same time as him was he would just intensely stare at him until either Ken or the other driver was back in the car. They were able to put that in the film when the Ferrari driver came down pit lane, and Christian Bale was just staring at the Ferrari driver and no one else.
