Not very sure what to do with her. Perhaps some classic BE to go with a bit of bloodsucking? Hmmmm... I'm definitely not sure just yet.

I have a picture of my character Lavian who had a similar body type. I'll give it a try and see if I can get it to look good in pixel art!
