Running a little late with this one as the rig has been rendering Totally Wild #43 for over 20 hours now so I've been unable to do much else. Used the time to draft up a roadmap for the month, (probably sharable before the end of the week) as well as plotting out the next few scenes.

TW43 is at 99.57% rendered, so shouldn't be that long (even though it slows as it nears the full 100%). I could even stop the render right now, it looks done, but I'd always know it wasn't the full 100. That would annoy me.

Today's quicksketch is however mostly done (I actually started yesterday but earlier today I thought of a few adjustments I wanted to make)

After giving my GPU a moment to breathe and cool, I'll open up today's scene and do some final polishing and rendering.

It might be straightforward and be done tonight.

It might not. If so, I'll double up on tomorrow's postage.

All sorts of tricksy surprises and curveballs can rear their heads when moving from the preview to the final render and I wanna make sure I'm doing the postwork with awake eyes.

EDIT: FUCK. I've realised I'm gonna have to re-render a portion of TW43 as soon as it's done. Luckily won't take another 20+ hours (hope!) but will probably mean I can't do much else tonight other than adjustments and edits to TW43.
