Friday Updates

Thank you guys, for another month of support. It's safe to say I'm pretty quiet most of the time and am probably more at home making images than communicating. That said, I'd like to give you guys updates on what I've been working on at the end of a given week.

Work continues on the 'Totally Wild' sequence. Since Monday, I've been able to finish and render the 2 images that will make up the next 2part panel (#10). After rendering these 2 the first time, I realised I could stand to crank up the detail on the model somewhat and just about manage not to crash and burn. It did end up approx doubling the render time, but probably worth it.

The following image in the series (#11)is almost completed and will hopefully render tonight after spending the day making fine tweaks (after one last test render looking for any errors). I'll likely include a sub-panel to balance the composition and give a little more close-up detail . I think this panel is ready to render next.

#12 has been started on, but honestly I'm not sure if it's at the 90% complete stage or if it's about to get a whole rework.

EDIT- Ooops, I lied. #10.5 is still rendering at 99.61%. That last .39% will probably take as long as the first full 25%.
