It includes the cover, text reflow, enhanced typesetting, an in-line table of contents, and it's also in EPUB3 format which comes with various extra benefits and compatibilities. In summary, the free versions are the same story, just in an older file format with fewer features. It's a similar experience to just reading on the website.
