Announcement to My Members

Hello everyone,

I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates and ideas with you! Here’s what I’ve been working on:

Idea 1: Free Custom LoRAs

I will be creating free LoRAs on request. Whoever messages me first in the Add LoRA room will be prioritized. If you’re a VIP member, I’ll mark your request with special priority. Additionally, for Neko membership or above, I’ll include 3 SFW images and 5 NSFW images as a bonus with your LoRA request.

Idea 2: Comic-Style Image Series

I plan to create a large set of images arranged like a comic story, aiming for 80 images in total. The estimated timeline for this is 1 month as I’ll need time for both editing and image creation using external services.
To streamline the process, I’ve divided it into 4 phases:

• Phase 1: Add Characters for Comic
  Members can submit as many characters as they like. I’ll review them to check if their LoRA already exists. Once done, I’ll conclude with the phrase: "Start roll character".

• Phase 2: Character Selection
  I’ll narrow down the list to 7 characters.

• Phase 3: Member Voting
  Members will vote for their favorite characters over a 2-day period.

• Phase 4: Results Announcement
  The selected character will be announced on Patreon and Twitter.

After this, I’ll finalize the concept and begin creating the comic. Since this is my first time using this idea, it might take longer, but I’ll keep you updated.

Idea 3: New VIP Membership – “Bear VIP”

I’m introducing a new membership tier called Bear VIP, offering enhanced benefits:

• Include Whale Bundle membership

• Higher Priority for requests and LoRAs.

• Weekly customized services, including 8 images per week, split into 3 separate requests. Each request can feature 1 or 2 main characters in the total set of 8 images.

Here’s why I split it into 3 requests:

• To manage requests fairly, as orders can overlap between weeks.

• It ensures I can prioritize based on the order in which requests are received.

In addition to these benefits, VIPs will enjoy:

• Priority in the Update Characters List, with 2 VIP-selected characters .

• A Checklist VIP to track VIP requests for fair distribution, along with the usual random rolls, then add 5 VIP-select characters from all VIP member into Update Characters List .

• Priority for character updates for comics, where up to 3 VIP-requested characters from all VIP members into Phase 2 and ask 1 VIP-requested character from VIP member who request me, along with the usual random rolls. But vote at Phase 3 is for all member so you can vote but may cannot get what you want

VIP-requested LoRAs will be marked with a flame icon to indicate special priority.

Adjustments to SFW and NSFW Preferences

Based on your previous votes, I’ve made the following adjustments:

• SFW Images:

  • 8 SFW (Free): Reduced to 6 images.

  • 10 SFW (Paid): Reduced to 6 images.

  • 7 SFW (Extra): Reduced to 3 images.

• NSFW Images:

  • 4 NSFW (Free): Increased to 6 images.

  • 16 NSFW (Paid): Increased to 20 images.

  • 15 NSFW (Extra): Increased to 20 images.

Adjustment to Update Characters List

To reduce workload and streamline updates, I’m decreasing the Update Characters List from 9 characters to 7 characters. This change will help me manage requests more efficiently and allow for better focus on each character.
