Twotail reparing Equestrian defens sistems sometimes. Lightning Wall very dangerous and deadly construction used to guard most important places of Equestria. Celestia and developer of this frightening sistem was against using it in public places, but when situation in Empire become more tense, guards and military insisted to use it at more and more places and soon some streets of Canterlot was blocked by Lightning Walls.
