Theme 1 — Mid-match Mayhem

"A pregnant wrestler in a singlet would be interesting to see. He could be laboring in the middle of the wrestling ring trying hard to get out of his singlet to birth his children. Chase would be an interesting OC to see in this scenario."

Theme 2 — Stalled Labor

"Dmitry’s been in agony, laboring for over 16 hours and not much progress has been made. His partner and baby daddy, Lucas, sucks on Dmitry’s engorged nipple, causing his water to break when a strong contraction hits!"

Theme 3 — F-Boy Redeemed

"Sequence with Dylan lovingly supporting Ethan as he labors and births on a birthing chair and catches their baby. First panel would be contractions, two of pushing, and last with Dylan catching their baby as it is born."

Theme 4 — Footjob

"Danilo heavily pregnant with triplets in bed with James giving them a footjob. James is also heavily pregnant with triplets. Both are overdue and ready to give birth anytime."

Theme 5 — One Night

"Character: Jay & Dylan. Scene Description: (Panel 1) Dylan fucks Jay so hard in the bathroom bare back. The perspective is viewed from the side. (Panel 2) Jay lies in a bathtub and delivers his big, 5kg baby alone. Jay cries in pain. The baby's shoulder has just emerged a little from the birth canal. The perspective is from above, looking down at a 45-degree angle."
