My guess is that he's skipping last month's version entirely and just doing this month's version around his usual time, 28th-ish. I really hope that the skip to phase 2 will be worth it content-wise.

A very defiant and self-righteous speech there. If you'd bothered read it fully and not take words out of context then proceeding to type whole paragraphs of conjecture of said words. I praised him on what a good developer he is and what amazing artwork he creates. The post was merely about him keeping us fans regularly updated of his work.

I disagree entirely that Fek owes any individual anything, perhaps not even anything based on the ($ contribution) / 30 days in the month that you contribute per day. I'm $25 per month; that's less than a dollar per day; specifically, 83 cents. Over an 8 hour work day at minimum wage, that's about 10 cents PER hour, he gets from me; that's prison wages. If you give $10 per month, divide that by 2.5. If you give $2 per month, that's a penny per day. If you give $100, congratulations, you've not quite given him 50 cents per day. So, that's the absolute MOST he owes you per day. As it is, you're probably already getting more than you're paying him. What you are paying him would not reasonably cover the expense of his time to write the updates you want, much less to justify to your satisfaction his activities for the day or tomorrow. If he writes one line of code and spends the rest of the day jerking off, you can count yourself nonetheless blessed. Even more so whether he writes any code or not. The language that he has a DUTY to you is so presumptuous and fallacious it's hard to know where to start. You didn't enter into a production contract with him, did you? I didn't think so. So, in fact, he has no duty whatsoever to you or any of us. Absolutely none at all. What you can do, of course, is withdraw your support. That is your one legitimate recourse. You don't like the pace of his production, withdraw your support. You don't like that he won't personally bend to your whims, no matter how asinine, then withdraw your support. You imagine he's reneged on some non-existing agreement, then withdraw your support. Research on Furries shows that artists actually have tend to have exaggerated impression about how entitled their customers are. That is, most Furries are quite reasonable in their requests, as it turns out. This post by you is, therefore, a serious outlier. I don't know Fek at all, and you're welcome to commission stories from me if you like. But if you are going to make unreasonable requests like this, then you'd best be offering to pay a lot more for such special and unreasonable treatment. Jiminy

Great game and an amazing artist but.......i can't help feeling that your letting your fans down because of the rate you are updating us on your progress. Besides the post you make a week ago. i'd like to think that i speak for some of your fans in saying that we should expect more updates or daily posts explaining what you plan to do on that specific day and not be kept wondering what you are doing or worst case not doing. (They don't have to be long posts either) You have a duty to your fans to keep us apprised what your doing because we help you survive and that allows you to follow your dreams of making art and games. That we enjoy.

I mean, a 'moodring' type thing sounds cool, and does not sound too hard to do... then again, what do I know about game development.

Kinda funny. Dereth here. Just read about how you would have abandoned your game over at a certain site. Instantly had to look over to your patreon but was happily reading how you now going to move to the next phase. Then i thought.. hey if there is someone who deserves my money for what he does create there it is you. So have my 10 bucks. Hope to see a lot more. Even going to try to fully rebuild my primal dragon Dereth in your game. The one i uploaded in your net so far is just rather basic. No colors. No chromatic markings. Nothing. Tho i doubt i could code in those markings so they change colors according to his mood or how intense and bright they are colored. A custom texture however is something i aim for soon. this is the hard part. Polishing the backend code is probably the most important thing, after this, everything else should flow rather smoothly towards release. Glad to support.

Thanks for the update buuuuut.... Multiplayer? Lol or if you do decide to include that will it be a later feature? Im sure most ppl here would absolutely love you for including that but would understand if unable. Love this game, i like you. Keep working hard Fek!:D
