- The Spellbound v219 update is live, with the better mobile support, cheat mode, etc.

I'm sure some of you have heard some buzz about Unity (the game engine Rack 2 is using). If you haven't, the short story is that Unity is rolling out an extremely exploitative and ridiculous monetization model that's especially bad for indie developers of F2P games - and importantly, they intend to apply it retroactively, to games already made (or in development) using the old licensing model.

Eyo! It's been a bit; checking in on things!
Rack 2: Starting to set up some of the "pretty" parts of the MP update, like a proper teleporter room, connection UI, etc.

Hey folks!
Quick followup to my last post: I got the results back from my sleep study, and they confirmed that I have severe sleep apnea/hypoxia; bad enough that they're basically trying to rush me through the system. I'm on the road for getting some treatment / a CPAP as soon as possible. I'm really hoping it helps with energy levels; I'm sure it's no secret that I've been a bit of a zombie for a while.
Anyway - nothing serious or in need of major concern; I'm mostly just excited...

Hey folks! Had a couple people asking about R2/Spellbound, so here's another quick update!
Spellbound is back on the backburner so I can focus on Rack 2 again. It's very likely to see some small updates eventually, but I wanna put more energy into R2 and try to get the MP update out with this push. We'll see. After that, it's likely Spellbound will get an update to make Locket more interactive; that's one of the top requests!

Hey folks, just checking in!
Hope y'all had some wonderful holidays - I was able to spend a little time with family, thankfully, but also ended up getting hit by Omicron for a week or two. Even with the shots, it knocked me out real solid for a while, but I'm thankfully recovering smoothly and getting back into the swing of things.

While we're still waitin' on the Rack 2 MP stuff to be ready for playtesting, I figured I'd swing by and post a sneak peek at some animations I've been doodling on the side. These are gonna be used for the finale of the Everybody Wants to Be a Cat comic, which has been my backburner / personal blowing-off-steam project for a couple years now. With Flash's official EOL finally upon us, I've been scrambling to get all of my old games ported over to other formats. I took that opportunity to do a content update for Rack 1, and I'm happy to say that Rack v1.2.0 is ready to go!
Here's what's new:
- First and foremost, the game is now available in several downloadable formats: Windows EXE, Mac APP, AIR for Windows, AIR for Mac, SWF for offline flash players and emulators, and - wait for it... APK for Android! ...

I had hoped to have the actual update done by the end of the month, but as seems to be the trend this year, I ran into some issues. Either way, I wanted to keep y'all posted.

The v0.2.12 update focuses on electrostimulation, a new pain system, interaction reticles, and some quality-of-life updates

Communication continues to be one of my biggest weaknesses, but I'm alive, and with good news: the next update should (finally) be out by the weekend! (Update, Sunday afternoon: I'm packaging things up, now!)

Hey folks! Realizing that it's been a while since an update, just doing another quick check in. Things have been crazy, and I hope y'all are staying safe and well out there.
I've been getting over some sort of sickness. The doc says it's probably not C19, but some form of bronchitis or infection. Test results should be back soon, then I'll know for sure.
Either way, I'm still alive and kicking (and coughing, mostly).

Just a quick status update, because someone pointed out it's been a long while!
I'm still alive, and still workin'. Not fast enough, as always, but I'm not dead.
Thankfully, not C19 positive, but I've got two family members in nursing and one who got quarantined, which has been weird and a little scary. We've also had to make some changes with the housing situation. It's been busy and hectic. But I'm still chippin' away.
