Mikswim color study
Added 2017-04-26 08:58:55 +0000 UTCI try not to draw her more than once every few weeks. What can I say though - love drawin her. Wouldn't if I didn't. For a cute otterfish thing I rarely draw her under water though. Working on fixin that.
This sketch is actually a few years old (not sure if I posted it before) but the color study was from today. I like the simple/ effective look so I thought I'd share it.
I'm running behind this month and I have other works lined up for the next few days that do indeed have a hard deadline but I hope I get time to finish it soon! There will be this and a nude version up when I do finish it.

Aw... I try. That's a good idea, actually. I've drawn her in formal suits and whatnot but never something like an evening dress!

I kinda sorta do whatever I feel like doing with her at that specific moment - which is why colors/ portrayals/ etc is largely inconsistent. I think I will draw her with long hair again next time!

By the way Tsam I just noticed that it has been a long time since you drew Mik with long hair, if I recall correctly there where only two illustration you did of her with that length of hair. Do you plan to do something like that again, just wondering.

2017-04-26 11:44:34 +0000 UTCHmm. Here's a question, since Mik is part fish, can she breathe water? Or can she simply hold her breath for incredibly long periods? She doesn't have gills that I'm aware of either.
