I love this comic so much Also, considering that the black flags are being expressly pointed out here, that implies a lot. Any kind of actual Baxxid secret service wouldn't want to expressly indicate their job with some kind of insignia or flag, so the inclusion of the 'Black Flag Baxxid' here is probably just because any wearing a black flag just want to be left alone.
