It's still early, but the Patreon maintenance team seems to be on high alert figuring this out; it may be caused by them technically switching from a US-based company (in certain regards) to a UK-based one, confusing the banking system and making it think there's fraud attempts being made OR SOMETHING
So uh
Like most other Patreon people at the moment, I'm just dropping in to let you know that everyone involved is aware of what's going on, and in the process of figuring out exactly how to resolve it. So hold tight for a bit; hopefully they'll resolve this in a way that requires no effort on your part, because come on why should it

2018-08-02 18:05:34 +0000 UTCYup, it's probably the switch to the UK that did it. I got a 'possible fraud' alert on my card for the charge, but went ahead and okayed it. Hopefully that should be all that's required.
