Out-of-Placers #67

Turns out it's a lot easier to "keep secrets" when you're the least believable person in the entire local refugee bunkhouse

Which is an experience we've all had at one time or another

Those eggs they're sellin' in the Valsalia markets......those aren't chicken eggs are they?

I want to see more of these two. Revisiting the Prologue, Felsa certainly has the character design for something more. Galen too is great, not just for comic relief.

Come get yer discount glare-forged steel at the Dinnish bunkhouse from 9 to 5

Val Salia

Felsa's got a lot of experience points in it and has leveled it up greatly.

Val Salia

Oh they'd be fine with it as long as it's some OTHER yinglet you're talking about who is totally scavvy, when they definitely are not (they probably are)

Val Salia

Seriously! That girl with the basket of vegetables is just asking for it

Val Salia

Damn, you could forge steel with that glare!

Corvin

That glare is great.

Vodyanoi

Scav probably gets used as a general purpose insult as well, so he wanted to make it clear he meant yinglet-yinglet not like-a-yinglet.

To be fair, having it known by a druggy who likes to talk is a great way to -keep- it a secret. No one will believe it after that first impression, even if someone else brings it up later.

I'm sure it feels great knowing your darkest secret is known by a druggy who likes to talk. Sidenote: I find it weird he'd say "yinglet bitch" and not "scav bitch" Partially because it's weird to use the polite term followed by the crass term, but also 'scav' is just easier to say, meaning he went out of his way to say it. Also Scav is just a fun word. I hope the Yings don't mind, it's just fun to say. :D
