I think that I'll only have every 2nd or 3rd Field Guide page paid for, since they're a bit light on the art.

The baxxid remind me a little bit of Velociraptors. An intelligent and logical race who probably would have never created a human-like society if humans hadn't existed. Makes ya wonder if there are different ways to become the dominant species aside from our ideas of states and civilizations.
