IMPORTANT: Patreon Reward Changes V2

Here's what's been removed:
- "$10 Blender Enjoyers Tier"
- Slot/Queue priority on YCHes and Commissions ($15 Tier)

- 15% discount to Commissions ($15 Tier)
I removed the $10 dollar tier as it's rewards haven't been utilized since it's update back in January, and I don't like the idea of taking extra money for something that I'm not providing.
I also removed the queue priority, because having attempted to implement it recently I disagree with the logic behind it (plus it has been rarely utilized). In all honestly, it felt like a "hurry up fee" which does not line up with my morals.
So, I have replaced it with a flat discount to all commissions. This rewards feels a lot more "fair" and is a consistent way to say 'thank you' to everyone who supports me - without being unfair to those who are not supporters.
I'm hoping these changes increase the consistency and value of supporting me, regardless of whether you:
- Downgrade to/remain on the $5 Tier, or;
- Upgrade to/remain on the $15 Tier
