Patreon has a rough file size limit. Only simple sized files can be uploaded directly to the site. Mega is the only site I use for large files with a premium account type that I pay for monthly. My Dropbox is for personal use. I cannot move my whole "years worth" library of work over to a new file hosting service system. Mega has been one of the best and fastest file hosting sites I have ever used(even when using the fee version) and it is widely used by many through the web browser OR the apps on PC/Smart Phones. Try different web browsers. I always use Firefox on my Windows PC or I download through the app itself.
