Webby saves the day! She will need a bath, again. It's almost as if she enjoys being covered in the blood of her enemies.

Technically, no she is not. The worm was feasting on her juices, not impregnating her. If she had been in there for much longer, the tentacles would have grown further inside her, sort of what happened to Lena in the end.
