Special Police Force
Added 2018-10-12 23:35:05 +0000 UTCI felt like designing a uniform this time.
It's supposed to be a member of a special police force of some sort. Making up a detailed setting and backstory is actually really hard so I often like to just leave it open like that.
But I want to design a few more characters for this police force idea.
