Just a small Update
Added 2022-02-11 17:31:09 +0000 UTCJust wanted to inform all of you that the result of the current Poll will be posted on the day after tomorrow. This is mostly to adjust my posting schedule back to 1 post a day, which was disturbed due to the missed day.
Also, I've just finished binging the X-men series and I have to say, they're all over the place aren't they? Not just in terms of creating multiple timelines, but also in their cast selection. I absolutely hate what they did to Mystique and Jean Grey's appearance. Liked both of these characters in the original X-men trilogy, but then Jennifer Lawrence came and ruined Mystique for me. Especially when her face was smoothed out. She went from a hot unique alien woman to...weird. And her character is just so freakishingly different than the original Mystique. It felt like Lawrence was still playing Katniss Everdeen more than Mystique.
As for Jean...Idk, Sophie Turner just felt miscast for the role. Did any of you like her as Jean Grey? She felt so utterly uninteresting.
The conclusion of my rant? It doesn't matter what Timeline of X-men I use for my fic, the characters playing these roles will either be from the original trilogy or my own selection.
