New Worldbuilding Post: Ulquaan Ibasa

Somebody asked a question about Ulquaan Ibasa and I realized I have a half-finished article about them that I hoped to expand upon, but which probably wasn't going to happen, so I fixed it up a bit and decided to post it. I figure it's best to have some information about it than none at all, and at least unlike most half-finished worldbuilding articles I have it's somewhat presentable.

I know I haven't posted any new worldbuilding in a long time. I think I'll have to force myself to cut the articles short and just release them in a state that I'm not entirely happy with, but at least they'll be out there. It might still take a while. :/
