To comment on your conversation at the end, NCT Dream was made to be a non-fixed (rotational) teenage group, so Mark graduated when he turned 20 in Korean age, as you've seen in the guide (it's the "adult" age in Korea, and you can drink when you turn 20 in Korean age, and that's why they said Jisung isn't underage anymore since he was 20 at that time). He performed only in 127 after he graduated, and Dream continued to perform without him, so Haechan was the only one who was in both 127 and Dream by then. They released many songs after Mark graduated, such as Boom, Ridin' and many other single albums, but Haechan sometimes did not participate in a song (for some non-major songs like Don't Need Your Love) or MV (for some major songs like Boom) due to a conflict between 127's schedules. This video was filmed when it was announced that Mark is back in the group, and they finally got to release "the first full-length (regular) album" because they became a fixed group with seven members. That's why Mark and other members felt special for the comeback. Also, Jisung was injured and wasn't able to perform for a while back then, so that's why he said he hadn't played sports for a while (and reason why he was a judge during football). Mark and Haechan have been so busy that Haechan had some health issues and was absent for some concert tours. And 127 members made some jokes that Mark doesn't even have time to get lasik (for his bad eyesight). However, they never show their exhaustion and always act professionally, so other Dream and 127 members always show respect and gratitude.
