And the choreography to this is super iconic and revolutionary, most newer kpop stans won't know how this song influenced most 4th gen groups.

Most of their title tracks are not really general public friendly and aren't very easy to listen to, at least for the first time. But you will find it growing on you and it gets better each listen. This is the case for a lot of us nctzens and even music producers. This is called the NCT Effect. For years, they have been bashed for having "noise" music but they do not gaf at all, this is their sound, this is their identity, that is what makes them NEO. Like as what Johnny said they are a group that do not follow the trends, but they would rather create one.
