Dad Reacts to J.Cole - False Prophets, Drake, DUPPY FREESTYLE,  & Pusha T- The Story of Adidon

Comments

it's boi one-duh or wonder. not boi ida @kevin lol. just so you know.

Jake Grogins

Diss track was more about Kanye than Pusha. Kanye sent Pusha after Drake when the beef started. Pusha has a brother names "Mailice" and Drake says" there's no Malice in your heart, you're an approachable dude." LOL

Soraya M

you guys should react to Skepta, he's got a great discography.

Zain Sattar

just so you know, drake did infact respond to story of adidon. but j prince asked drake not to drop it, as it was getting really personal. https://hypebeast.com/2018/6/j-prince-drake-unreleased-response-track-pusha-t-kanye

Yes! Mac would be really interesting

Please please please do any kero kero bonito, I saw a time n' place vinil once in the background, I would love more experimental music, I feel like Kevin would dig it

Tristxn

You guys should listen to Mac DeMarco, the synthesizer on it would def be appealing for kevin

Azael Garcia

You guys should do Chance The Rapper - Sunday Candy for next months singles. Has a warm holiday vibe to it.

So happy ya'll did this! Would love to show the Drake/Meek beef that would be super entertaining!

Sids

Would kill to see a Baby Tron reaction

Another idea for a singles theme: maybe funny hip-hop? Not necessarily parody, but maybe some songs from rappers like Yung gravy, billy marchiafava, ski mask the slump god, and especially you guys’ hometown artist bbno$. They have some good stuff musically, but I feel like Kevin would appreciate some of the ridiculous bars they always put in 😅😂

Matthew Cammarata

I’m surprised you didn’t do mgk rap devil and Eminem killshot unless you have something planned for the future

XAyeItsDuck

Should do the heart part 4

BabyRaff

Ok that makes sense. Sorry if I came off as rude. Love the content💙

yeah I disagree with Cole talking about the "half ass shit" being TLOP, because I personally love that record. But I think the Cole song and specifically that line has aged well, after JIK, a good portion of Donda, and Donda 2. I'll always be a fan of Kanye's music and I think my Dad will too, him as a person not so much at the moment. But just thought the song would be an interesting listen to see how it aged.

TTT

Also as a side note, I detest everything Kanye has done recently. Im not defending his actions by any means

Ok I have a grievance with the reaction of the first track I understand Kanye hasnt been the most favorable guy lately (huge understatement), and I know that some of the things Cole are saying is true, but dont act like yall didnt just go through his entire discography constantly praising him and giving him his props The "half ass shit he dropped" mentioned by Cole is TLOP, an album that both of you love and have high praise for. Kanye's done bad shit in the past with the Trump thing and the slavery thing, but all of a sudden the switch flips after his recent controversy? Maybe im looking too deep into it but i just had to get it off my chest. It just seemed a bit performative
