[Ginger blog] Back on the track!
Added 2019-10-18 15:13:51 +0000 UTCHey, everybody!
Well, I've finally recovered enough to spend some time at the computer. Unfortunately, my visual acuity has not yet fully recovered. As a result, I have to significantly reduce the time I can spend in front of my monitor.
There are pluses to this. I'm outdoors a lot and I've resumed regular training to keep my body in shape. I also listened to a lot of audio books.
Initially, I wanted to describe in detail the hell I had to go through in the first days after surgery. However, in the end I decided that I would limit myself to just a few general phrases. First of all, the recovery period was painful both physically and morally. Physically, it will take me another three weeks to fully recover. Nothing is known about moral recovery, but I feel much better.
Over the years I have had a lot of ideas about my future as an artist. In particular, I was thinking about the plot of the current comic book and other comic books that I might start working on soon. There are so many ideas that I may have to put some of them on hold and do something in a collobration.
Now I can be in front of the monitor for no more than one hour a day. Next week my special glasses should be ready to work in front of the monitor. Once I have them, my working time can be doubled. The first thing I want to do is to finish some of the work I started earlier to be fully prepared for the comic book. It's possible that we'll still have a few pages of comic book waiting for us this month!
Anyway, thanks for going through all this with me.
I really appreciate your support, whether it's a comment, a liking or just a viewing.
You are the best audience I have ever seen!
Kisses! σ(≧ε≦σ) ♡

Best wishes for a speedy recovery, physically and mentally. And remember that while your eyes recover, your work may not be up to your usual standards, the important thing is that you can now take steps to get there and eventually exceed what you could before
