Honestly I feel like Mamamoo are the successor to Big Mama in terms of being vocal queens and powerhouses in kpop. Plus both videos have subtitles so it's easier to follow what is being said.

Just a little background about it, NCT Dream has a graduation concept before they became a fixed unit. They debuted when they were around 14-17 yrs old and supposed to graduate when they turn 20 and go to a different unit. Mark, being the oldest and now leader of the group graduated in late 2018. It was very sad for both members and the fans, almost traumatic. Fans wanted him back in group so in 2020 their company eliminated the graduation system and Mark returns in NCT Dream and it became a fixed unit.

2023-09-07 16:57:12 +0000 UTCYou saw two of the members in the NCT 127 Killing Voice before! Mark on the far left and Haechan on the right end are members of both units. So NCT is a big group with “limitless” members, meaning that more and more members were added to the group throughout the years since they first started in 2016. SM Entertainment have now decided to stop adding members I’m pretty sure after adding one last unit through an ongoing show. They have a bit over 20 members in total. To explain a bit about the units: NCT 127, NCT Dream and WayV (WayV is the Chinese unit) are fixed units, meaning that the members don’t change. For some of them that wasn’t always the case but this is how it is now. Lastly there is NCT U which does not have a fixed member line-up, it means that there can be songs with any possible member lineup from all existing NCT members and it will just be released under the name NCT U (U stands for United). NCT Dream are pretty much the babies of NCT, their ages when they debuted were 14-17 and they were the 7 youngest members at the time (now there’s a few more members that are the same age as some of them but they weren’t members yet back then). I tried to explain some of the basics without confusing you with too much information lol
