You have known your best friend, an openly gay woman, for a long time - despite the familiar ease between the two of you, you never would have expected to develop feelings for your goofy bestie. Especially considering as far as either of you were aware, you were straight. But as time goes on, your feelings for her begin to slowly but surely shift, and just the sight of her fills you with a warmth that makes your palms sweat and heart pound…. yeah, you definitely are not as straight as you thought, because you’ve got it bad.

At first, you try to subtly drop hints about your feelings, nervous to approach outright; but you forget that your friend is the thickest blockhead on the planet when it comes to women. You’d seen it for years, how girls practically threw themselves at her and she cheerfully had no clue. You never would have thought you’d be in that position, and yet here you are. Frustrated, you begin to avoid her in person with the half-excuse that you’re focusing on your studies in time for college graduation. And once that’s done… you resolve it’s time to get your feelings through to her once and for all. A sleepover appears to be in order.

Hello, my darlings! Here is the newest audio made specifically for pride month, which I had a LOT of fun recording!! You can tell there are multiple parts of this that are so unserious 😭 I put a lot of myself into this character - and while I personally haven’t ever fallen for anyone in my life that I consider a best friend, there is so much else in this script that I heavily drew from my own experiences for inspiration LOL

This character is an absolute doofus and I think that shows through even in the spicier portion (which ended up being more spicy than I originally planned 💀). At its core I firmly stand by that this is a simple, wholesome modern love story

I believe a lot of you will probably find most (maybe even all) aspects of her extremely relatable, so I hope you guys have a good time listening!
