I'd like Sneak to add a matching leather mask that covers her lower face and has a large zipper so that you can silence her on demand. I'd also like to see her wrapped up with her own whip. On a technical note, what is the criteria for getting and/or staying on the poll? Is it reset every week? Do only the top ones stay on? Do votes in the comments count for getting on? Are we just trying to impress the master of mayhem?

I'll go with Atris from Knight of the Old Republic 2. She's otm gagged with a white rubber sheet that covers her entire lower face (like a short sleeved corset gag). A portion of it runs over her nose like she's otn gagged but a triangular hole allows her nose to poke through. She is bound with restraints inspired by storm trooper armor. She also has Sith eyes (think Darth Maul). very faint outline of her lips are visible.

I'd like to recommend Ashi from Samurai Jack Season 5 with an Aku shadow based ballgag.
