I think the surgeon was really good at what he was doing but his age and health condition made it impossible for him to continue. The episode discussing about us being in control or being the ones controlled and have everything pre-destined is actually very interesting. I personally believe in destiny and think that things are supposed to happen even if we don't want to. Sure, you are in control with your life but there are just many things we can't do anything about. And if they happen, then it might have been for a particular reason we don't get at first. And at the end we have this dangerous tattoed guy near Melindas house. He wanted to take care of his wife, but then again, what would he be doing close to Melinda instead of doing something to his wife? Thanks as always for the reaction ^^
